We offer a small program during after school hours throughout the school year, and a full-day program  during for Spring, Summer and Winter sessions. The Specialty Autism Program utilizes the elements of  small animals to provide an educational experience for children ages 5-17. In a small group, with highly trained staff, the following skills are addressed in a highly motivating arena.

  • Making friends
  • Respecting others / spatial awareness
  • Problem solving
  • Reciprocal play / communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Waiting, listening and turn-taking
  • Task completion
  • Building self-confidence & leadership skills

 

Parent training and measurable goals and objectives are components of our SAP program. To schedule an Intake appointment, or to receive additional information, please call our office, (213) 607-4432. Danny’s Farm is a proud vendor of the San Gabriel Valley/Pomona Regional Center to deliver Specialty Autism Program services. Our vendor number is PP5059-048. We accept Regional Center clients as well as private pay. Our SAP Program is licensed through the State of California Community Care Licensing Division.

Community IntegrationCommunity Integration

Our employees with disabilities and volunteers take pride in their work at Danny’s Farm. There are countless opportunities for community integration and we try to support them as much as our schedule permits. It also gives us the opportunity to showcase what Danny’s Farm programs have to offer. We bring Barnyard Critters for children and adults to pet and hold. We also bring flyers to inform and promote our programs. We hope you think of including us in your next celebration or event.
